Before assembly, it is necessary to understand the structure of the equipment and the technical requirements for assembly.
1. Inspection of equipment foundation: Based on the process construction drawings, equipment drawings, and installation foundation inspection records provided by the construction unit, verify the geometric dimensions, elevations, embedded parts, etc. of the foundation. The reserved holes for anchor bolts should be free of impurities such as oil stains, gravel, soil, and accumulated water. If any areas that do not meet the requirements are found (such as high elevation, large deviation of foundation centerline, offset of anchor bolts or bolt hole centerline), they should be treated until they meet the requirements. At the same time, check whether the site (including space) required for installing the equipment is open.
Prefabrication of auxiliary structures: Prefabricate platforms, escalators, and pipelines connected to equipment according to the drawings. Provide anchor bolts, shims, measuring tools, and other supplies as needed.
3. Basic laying out: The surface of the foundation should be washed clean and debris in the holes of the anchor bolts should be removed. Corresponding labor protection and safety measures such as fire prevention, gas defense, and explosion prevention should be taken first. Generally, geometric methods are used for laying out lines. To prevent the reference line from being covered by equipment in place, the reference line should be drawn out in advance and marked.
