The three-level maintenance of equipment includes daily maintenance, first level maintenance, and second level maintenance. Some daily maintenance is done as routine maintenance. Due to its three levels of maintenance responsibilities and content, it is called Level 3 maintenance. Third level maintenance is generally completed continuously on a periodic basis. It is one of the effective maintenance systems that combines professional equipment management with mass management.
Classification of "Level Three" Maintenance
(1) Daily maintenance: The operator is responsible for the daily maintenance of the equipment, and the operators carefully inspect it before and after work. Wipe all parts of the equipment or lubricate and maintain it regularly. Keep the equipment lubricated and clean. However, if equipment malfunctions during the shift, it is necessary to promptly troubleshoot and carefully record the handover.

The content includes: partial disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of the equipment; Clear the oil circuit, replace the unqualified felt pads and seals; Adjust the clearance between various parts of the equipment and tighten them. The electrical part is mainly the responsibility of the maintenance electrician. After 600 hours of operation, the equipment also needs to undergo a first level maintenance. First level maintenance is abbreviated as one maintenance.
